Delete your EduAlert account

Submitting this form will queue a permanent deletion of your EduAlert account and all associated data.

What will be deleted

• Your profile (full name, mobile number, class, PIN hash)
• Your saved alerts and notification preferences
• Your active login session & device binding
• Push notification tokens

What we retain (for legal / tax reasons)

• Payment invoices (Google Play records) for 8 years, as required by Indian tax law.
• Anonymised aggregate analytics that cannot be traced back to you.

Processing time

Deletion is processed within 7 business days of a verified request. You will receive an email confirmation once complete.

Alternatively, sign in to the EduAlert Android app, go to Profile → Delete Account — deletion is immediate and does not require this form.
