By using EduAlert you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent) to use EduAlert.

2. Account
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential.
• One mobile number = one account. Multiple accounts may be terminated.
• Only one active device per account is permitted; signing in elsewhere will sign you out here.

3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute alert content for commercial use.
• Misrepresent your class or use the app for impersonation.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or its servers.

4. Content
• EduAlert aggregates publicly available education notifications. We strive for accuracy but are NOT the original publisher. Always verify on the official portal linked in each alert.
• EduAlert is NOT affiliated with NTA, CBSE, UGC, NCERT, or any government body.

5. Premium subscription
• Subscription is INR 599 per year (365 days), billed through Google Play.
• No auto-renewal. Premium stops automatically when the term expires; renew manually if you want to continue.

6. Termination
• We may suspend accounts violating these terms.

7. Limitation of liability
• EduAlert is provided "as-is". We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajasthan, India.
